Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process:

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address

  3. Send the item back using a trackable method

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or wrong item, we will cover the return postage and issue a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items marked as final sale
